The NM 902 by Norden (Coesia Group) is a tube filling machine designed for plastic, laminate, and aluminum tubes. This machine features a clean, covered design that is suitable for clean room production. With a standard production rate of up to 100 tubes per minute (tpm) and an optional 120 tpm, it meets high-volume requirements. Its sturdy construction supports 24/7 operations. The NM 902 can be customized with various infeed systems, such as semi-automatic infeed with storage capacity, motorized sorting devices, and robotic tube loaders, enhancing line efficiency and accommodating different tube diameters, even oval tubes. The machine can fill volumes ranging from 1 ml to 300 ml and packs with diameters from 10 mm to 50 mm and lengths from 50 mm to 250 mm. It weighs 3000 kg and measures 2900 mm in length, 1550 mm in depth, and 2115 mm in height.
