Supercentrifuge for solid-liquid separation and liquid phase separation
In pharmaceutical, biological, and chemical processing, precise separation and clarification of mixtures is critical. Traditional methods may compromise efficiency, increase contamination risk, and require significant manual intervention. This can lead to bottlenecks and inconsistent quality in sensitive production environments.

Ensure automatic, high-speed solid and liquid separation
The RINA SRP-AD by Riera Nadeu is a series of supercentrifuges designed for highly efficient solid-liquid separation and liquid phase separation. These models feature a non-invasive automatic solid discharge device, which maintains high centrifugal factors up to 20,000 xG, improving processing speed and reducing contamination risks. The vertical tubular rotor is manufactured from AISI-316L stainless steel and titanium, ensuring durability and compliance with GMP standards. The ‘C’ version specializes in solid-liquid separation by removing fine impurities from suspension, while the ‘S’ version is tailored for separating two non-miscible liquid phases. The supercentrifuge automates the entire cycle, eliminating the need for operator intervention, thereby enhancing traceability and minimizing human error. Equipped with a direct drive servomotor, the unit reduces noise emissions and facilitates safe rotor extraction. Optional features include cooling/heating devices and CIP (Cleaning in Place) and SIP (Sterilization in Place) systems. Suitable for explosive environments, each model comes with CE ATEX certifications where required, making it ideal for pharmaceutical, biotech, and various process industries.
