The Carugil Stickpack Multilane Wrapper is designed to wrap lollipops in a stickpack style, providing a more material-efficient and visually distinct packaging solution. With a simple, compact design, it allows for easy access to main components without tools and enables quick changeovers. This wrapper can handle between 4 to 10 lanes and achieve a high output of up to 480 lollipops per minute. The system features a servo-motor for 100% efficiency with a ‘No Product – No Pouch’ mechanism. The sachet can include optional powder or granulates for dipping lollipops, adding a fun element for children. A special dosing volumetric filler can be fitted to maintain product properties. Additionally, the system offers strings with tear patterns and optional hole punching for display hanging. The equipment is built with high resistance and long durability components, ensuring a high overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) over 95%.
