The VarioStore tank system from Krones is a high-quality solution for aseptic product storage and buffering. These vacuum-tight tanks are available in volumes between 20 and 50 m³. Equipped with a valve manifold, aseptic valves, and sterile steam locks, the system ensures product safety. The tank options include models with or without agitators, and can handle up to three process gases for pressure control. Sterile gas filtration is achieved through redundant 0.2 μm filters accompanied by inline steam sterilization. Content display in the aseptic version uses capillary differential pressure measurement, ensuring precise monitoring. The system can be configured as an independent aseptic buffer tank with its own PLC or integrated into a thermal product treatment setup.
