The Pharma BIN from Agierre is specifically designed for the containment and transportation of pharmaceutical powders or mixtures. Made from AISI 316L stainless steel, the bins ensure a smooth discharge due to their pyramid shape and an inclination angle of 50-60° which prevents product accumulation or water stagnation. It is cGMP compliant and features a stackable design to optimize storage. The rectangular or square base is designed for easy movement using a pallet truck. The top includes a port for product loading and a clamp connector for a mesh filter. The lid, equipped with a silicone gasket and clamp closure with a safety pin, prevents contamination. The internal surfaces are mirror-polished for cleanliness, with welds smoothed to eliminate any hard-to-clean areas, while the exterior is satin-finished. Suitable for gravity feeding or pneumatic transport to tablet presses, encapsulators, or baggers, the Pharma BIN can be fitted with a butterfly valve, rotary valve, or product recovery chute for various discharge applications.
