This fermenter supports high cell density cultivation with metrics like OD600 >300, kLa of 675 1/h, and stirring speeds up to 500 rpm. Equipped with Flexsafe STR® bags, it reduces setup and cleaning time, ensuring faster batch-to-batch turnover. The Biobrain® automation platform offers precise control over cultivation parameters, making it ideal for producing high-value products such as pDNA, fAbs, recombinant proteins, and vaccines. With a working volume of up to 40 liters, it’s engineered for robust performance and easy process scaling.
