The VISCO JET® STEP3 from Visco Jet Ruhrsysteme is a state-of-the-art side-mount agitator designed for optimal mixing in large tanks. Its sophisticated design features multi-level conical elements that generate dynamic mixing movements through both accelerated laminar flows at the cone exit and turbulence at the cone entry. This design ensures maximum fluid transfer even at higher peripheral speeds, maintaining constant product quality without air ingress or foaming. It achieves this with 15-30% lower power requirements compared to traditional agitators. The unit is also easily integrated into clean-in-place (CIP) systems, making maintenance straightforward. Constructed from durable stainless steel, and available in sizes up to a 2000 mm agitator diameter, custom dimensions and materials, such as Superduplex or Hastelloy, are available upon request.
