The SSC Shaftless Spiral Conveyor from WAMGROUP is designed to handle particularly difficult materials, such as urban solid waste, de-watered sludge, and waste from meat, fish, and fruit processing. This conveyor features an extra heavy-duty shaftless screw that slides on a wear-resistant, low-friction liner within the conveyor trough housing, ensuring obstacle-free material handling. Constructed from carbon or stainless steel, the longitudinally divided U-section troughs provide robust durability. The absence of intermediate bearings allows for large volume capacity and easy maintenance. The completely enclosed trough design prevents material leakage and ensures odor-free operation. Ideal for use in waste water treatment, solid waste processing, and various food industries, the SSC Conveyor operates efficiently with a throughput rate of up to 45 m³/h for sludge and 12.9 m³/h for screenings, making it suitable for both large-scale and localized applications.
