The Semi-Automatic Weight Filler by Serac Group is designed to fill a wide variety of liquid products into containers of different sizes and shapes. Equipped with electronic weigh filling technology and made of 304 stainless steel, it ensures accurate filling by weighing the container and employing laminar gravity filling. This system is particularly effective for food, fragile, abrasive, corrosive, or inflammable products. Its modular design allows for one or two filling nozzles, enhancing productivity. The product tank, constructed from 316 stainless steel, features a clean-in-place (CIP) design, and the tool-less nozzle assembly facilitates quick changeovers. A touch screen user interface provides close control over production processes, while integrated castor rollers enable easy relocation. The system can handle containers ranging from 100g to 60kg, with outputs of up to 700 containers per hour for 1-liter containers.
