The Z-Lab Fill module ensures precise dosing from 0.2 to 150 ml while maintaining reproducibility through product recipes. The Z-Lab Close module offers vacuum stopper setting, storing parameters such as insertion depth and vacuum level. Z-Lab Crimp provides configuration flexibility for crimping pressure and height, ensuring secure seals. Operating at 5-10 containers per minute, the series is equipped with Siemens PLC control and supports 100% in-process control (IPC) via a load cell option.
