The Risco sausage line, including the RS 260 twisting unit and the RS 280 in-line cutting system, is designed to provide maximum precision in sausage portioning and separation. This system features a servo-driven continuous vacuum filler that automates the filling and cutting process, significantly reducing manual intervention and non-productive times. The automatic release of the filling pipe and rapid casing stick loading allow the system to efficiently move sausages into the cutting position. The result is neatly sealed, identical portions produced in a compact line. The system can handle product lengths up to 1000 mm, portioning speeds of 700 PPM, and casing diameters ranging from 18 to 42 mm. This makes the Risco sausage line a reliable solution for consistent, high-volume sausage production.
