Precision filling and stoppering for parenteral vials
The STERY-SA by Marchesini is a rotary filling and stoppering system designed for small to large-volume parenteral vials, up to 500 ml, produced in aseptic conditions. This system supports both complete and partial rubber stoppering for liquid or lyophilized products. The STERY-SA offers the option to integrate the alu-capping station on the filler (monoblock version) or as a standalone unit known as the CAPSY-SA. Featuring different filling technologies, such as rotary piston pumps and peristaltic pumps, the machine ensures accurate dispensing. A 100% weight control system (IPC) is available to monitor the filling process. The equipment is easily adaptable under oRABS, cRABS, and isolator systems, making it highly versatile in various aseptic production environments. With integrated stopper and alu-cap pre-feeders and sorting systems, the unit offers a compact and reliable setup.
