The SRB5 rotor-stator homogenizer from VMA-Getzmann is a highly efficient accessory designed for DISPERMAT® production dissolvers. It converts these dissolvers into high shear batch process homogenizers, efficiently processing fluid volumes between 80 and 1000 liters. The rotor-stator mechanism draws low-viscosity fluids into a narrow gap, where the highest mechanical energy input occurs, ensuring rapid and uniform particle reduction. The system offers easy removal and cleaning, along with infinitely variable speed adjustment for precise control. Different rotor-stator and gap combinations are available to cater to specific process requirements. Options for vacuum design and explosion protection (ATEX zones 0/1/2) are also offered.
