The QVF® ROTADEST by De Dietrich Process Systems is designed for solvent evaporation and various chemical reactions in both EX-rated and non-ex-rated areas. It utilizes a rotating spherical flask made of borosilicate glass 3.3 for excellent corrosion resistance and process observation. It ensures an efficient and gentle evaporation process with its mechanical PTFE/ceramic seal, protecting against low vacuum and slight overpressure. The system’s heating bath can be raised or lowered hydraulically, making it suitable for both batch and semi-continuous processes. Available in 50 and 100-liter capacities, it supports controlled operation through an integrated touch panel and offers flexible condensation configurations for diverse applications.
