The MS series from CAM Packaging is a rotary continuous motion bottle cleaning solution designed to efficiently remove internal residues from bottles. The system accommodates different numbers of blowing nozzles, allowing it to achieve production speeds of up to 30,000 bottles per hour. Bottles are synchronized and picked up by mechanical grippers on a rotating turret, which turns them upside down. High-pressure air nozzles (4 atmospheres with PALL filtering at 0.2 microns) then insert into the bottles from below, while suction devices center on the necks to remove all internal particles. An optional air deionizing system ensures complete removal of particles that may adhere to plastic bottles due to electrostatic charges. The compact, rational design facilitates easy inspection and cleaning, making it user-friendly for high-volume operations.
