Featuring the Automated Track System (ATS), it offers a highly versatile and recipe-driven solution. The components automatically adjust for optimal operation, minimizing the need for manual intervention. With capabilities ranging from 2000 to 3000 kg per hour, it requires only three operators to manage the entire process. The system includes a Single Deck Additive Blending System (SDA) for precise dosing of colors, flavors, acids, and functional ingredients. Additionally, the servo-driven single tray transportation and positioning ensure flawless demoulding and tray handling, while the integrated oiler polishes products to prevent sticking. This production line is customizable to fit various kitchen configurations.
