The Priamo Food Technologies ricotta cheese flocculation tank is designed to streamline the industrial production of ricotta from whey. Constructed entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, this flocculator includes a vertical cylindrical tank with a conical bottom, which slopes at a 60° angle for easy unloading. The unique steam injection system, coated with Teflon, ensures thorough stirring of the whey, maximizing yield and efficiency. A control panel and walkway facilitate access and operation, and the unit includes a washing device with two removable sprayballs for easy cleaning. Inside and out, the tank features a 2B surface finish with smoothed and brushed weldings, ensuring durability and hygiene.
