The line includes a trimming table for pre-trimming, a GS 10-2 belt cutting unit for precise cuts, a GEWA 2600 PLUS washing machine for thorough washing, and a KS-100 PLUS spin-dryer for efficient drying. Its capacity can reach up to 400 kg/h, depending on the product being processed, such as iceberg lettuce or cabbage. The design allows for flexible use, easy maintenance, and can be extended to meet higher capacity needs and specific production requirements. Cleaning is simplified due to the absence of conveyor belts within the system.
