The SigmaTrans system features a specially designed blower as the vacuum source and an air-blasted pulse jet system for filter cleaning. With a transfer capacity ranging from 100 to 5000 kg/hr, it ensures higher throughput. The system is constructed with SS 316/316 L for contact parts and SS 304 for non-contact parts, adhering to CGMP norms and regulatory compliance. Level sensors, sequential timer or PLC-based controls, and full-opening discharge enhance operational efficiency and safety.
