The Pharma Reactor by De Dietrich is a glass-lined reactor designed for the pharmaceutical industry, providing a wide range from 63 liters up to 630 liters. It incorporates the OptiMix® design, which enhances thermal transfer and mixing performance. The glass-lined flat cover ensures an excellent surface finish, while pad nozzles and a polished 316L stainless steel sheathing on the drive and motor contribute to easy clean-in-place (CIP) validation. Optional advanced solutions include a fused glass quick release opening, flat seal outlet valves, and reversed mechanical seals. High-performing spray balls can be customized in different materials (Alloy or PTFE) to suit specific cleaning needs. The design is especially effective at minimizing dead zones and offers multiple connections to streamline processes.
