The DEOX by INNOTEC (Omnia Technologies) is an advanced system designed to monitor and eliminate dissolved oxygen (O2) and carbon dioxide (CO2) in beverages through the proportional dosing of nitrogen (N2). Utilizing a technopolymer microporous membrane for efficient and turbulence-free dosing, the DEOX adjusts the nitrogen dosage based on the concentration of O2 and CO2 present. This mixture is then stabilized in a tank, where the nitrogen forms agglomerates with O2 and CO2 and subsequently releases them. The system performs in-line analysis with high precision instruments before bottling, ensuring the desired parameters are achieved. The DEOX is built with ISI 316 stainless steel and offers seamless interface compatibility with C.I.P. (Clean In Place) and micro-filtration systems, making it adaptable to variable flow rates during bottling. The dedicated line allows for easy washing and sanitizing, providing full process traceability. Double in-out sensors enable differential processing, further enhancing its reliability and efficiency.
