The CM-18 from Caotech is a pre-grinder designed specifically for continuous processing of roasted nuts and seeds with high fat content. It ensures an optimal particle size distribution in a single pass, thanks to its efficient spreading ability. The system’s compact design allows integration into existing production lines without the need for a foundation. Operating with an installed power of 22 kW, the CM-18 handles up to 500 kg/h, achieving an end-fineness of about 120 microns. The pre-grinder requires minimal maintenance and consumes low energy, making it an economical choice for large-scale nut and seed processing.
