The system features servo-driven motion controls, allowing it to maintain precision while accommodating a wide range of filling volumes from 100 µL to 500 mL. With compliance to 21 CFR Part 11 and integrated IQ/OQ validation packages, it supports high regulatory standards, including cGMP and FDA guidelines. The machine’s star wheel transport mechanism ensures reliable container movement, and its modular design facilitates quick changeovers with Polyoxymethylene Copolymer (POMc) parts.
