The FPC5 from Theegarten-Pactec is a modular high-speed wrapper designed for chocolate products in flow packs. It efficiently wraps a variety of chocolate items, from small pieces to larger bars, using an adaptable modular concept to facilitate quick changeovers between different product sizes. The machine supports multiple sealing types including cold sealing, heat sealing, and cut-off seam welding, providing flexibility for various packaging requirements. The FPC5 boasts a maximum capacity of 1,500 wrapped products per minute and a packaging material speed of up to 120 meters per minute. An added advantage is its ability to process recyclable mono films and paper-based packaging materials due to a patented preheating system.
