The RBB-type Filling Stations by WAMGROUP are designed for efficient and dust-free filling of Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBCs). The system includes a steel frame and a bag filling unit, complete with an inflatable seal to prevent dust leakage during the filling process. The empty FIBC is attached to four stretchers at the frame’s upper corners, and the bag’s inlet is then pulled over the loading spout. Once the seal inflates, filling begins, ensuring a dust-free operation.
