This unit is available in two versions: a one-tank system for ‘Ready mixed lecithin’ and a two-tank system for ‘Concentrated lecithin,’ where lecithin is mixed with vegetable oil. It features an open profile design that ensures hygienic operation, with components like open cable trays and cabinets with angled roofs to prevent contamination. The entire system is cleanable with vegetable oil, eliminating the need for water and cleaning agents, which reduces microbiological risks. Additionally, its fully drainable system with electrical heat trace and remote control options makes it easy to maintain and minimizes downtime.
