The Laboratory-KREIS-DISSOLVER® from Wilhelm Niemann is a high-performance disperser designed for processing middle to high-viscosity products. With a speed range of 150 to 12,000 1/min and batch sizes ranging from 1 to 15 liters, it offers versatility and precise control. The unit features electromechanical lifting for easy operation and is available with various options such as vacuum design, stainless steel mixing containers, and container wall scrapers. With the ability to handle viscosities up to 1,000,000 mPas, the disperser is ideal for applications in paints, coatings, adhesives, and cosmetic products. Optional ATEX protection ensures safety in hazardous environments. Wilhelm Niemann’s disperser can achieve fineness levels below 5µm within 10 to 15 minutes of dispersion time.
