The device allows for mixing, granulating, extruding, and spheronizing in batch sizes from 10 grams to 50 grams, making it suitable for small-scale R&D projects. The system includes a standard and high-density die at no extra cost, enabling the exploration of different extrusion parameters. It also has interchangeable mixing bowls (275ml and 71ml) and blades, including a Sigma blade and bowl system for high-viscosity materials. The compact design minimizes bench space, fitting three distinct processes into a single, small footprint machine.
