Inverting filter centrifuge for difficult-to-filter products

In industries like pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food products, filtering challenging materials efficiently is critical. Traditional filtration methods can struggle with materials that are hard to filter, leading to inefficiencies and higher operational costs.

Automate and optimize difficult material filtration

The Heinkel Inverting Filter Centrifuge F Series, encompassing models F1 through F4, offers a compact and integrated solution for filtering difficult-to-filter products. This series, an advanced iteration of the proven Series HF, features larger basket volumes and higher centrifugal forces, enhancing filtration performance. The centrifuges are designed for clean rooms with smooth outer surfaces and contours to facilitate easy installation. The inerting system and junction boxes are housed within the centrifuge, minimizing contamination risks. Maintenance is simplified with access doors on three sides of the housing. Heinkel Process Technology GmbH manufactures these centrifuges, making them suitable for applications in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food product sectors. Technical specifications include basket diameters ranging from 450 to 900 mm, filter areas from 0.30 to 1.25 m², and nominal volumes from 27 to 212 liters. The units operate at speeds between 1,660 and 2,700 RPM, generating centrifugal forces up to 1,840 x g.
