The Roaster 120 by Selmi is designed to work on a continuous cycle, capable of processing coffee, dried fruits, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, barley, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and cocoa beans. Using the patented Vertiflow® air cyclone system, it provides uniform roasting. The machine features programmable controls for heating and cooling, ensuring precise roasting times. With a tank capacity of 20/25 kg, it can roast up to 50 kg/h. Its compact dimensions (970x1710x2040 mm) and movable wheels optimize space and facilitate handling. Additionally, the Roaster 120 includes separate cooking and cooling peel boxes, a fume suction system, and easy maintenance with fully inspectable parts.
