The Ystral Jetstream Mixer is designed to address the need for effective micro and macro mixing in various industrial applications. Utilizing a high circulation capacity rotor-stator principle, it creates a downward jet flow that reaches the bottom of the container and ensures complete mass transfer. This process not only suspends even heavy sediments but also prevents vortex formation and air ingress. Up to 90% of the mixer’s energy is converted into vertical flow without rotating the container contents. Its construction ensures that rotating parts are shielded to prevent unintended access. Suitable for installation from above or laterally, or for operation on a lifting frame, the Jetstream Mixer does not require securing open containers. Available with different power options (0.5 – 55 kW), custom voltages, and variable speeds up to 3600 min-1 with a frequency converter, it also offers variants like explosion-resistant designs and stainless steel components for specific applications.
