This fully automated system minimizes staff requirements by controlling and monitoring all movement and process parameters. Products are weighed, frozen, and efficiently loaded onto trays to pass through drying zones, ensuring consistent freeze drying without product loss. The unique internal vapor condenser with Continuous De-Icing (CDI) system enables uninterrupted operation by automatically de-icing the condensers without losing vacuum efficiency. The hot water-circulated heating plates ensure efficient heat transfer by radiation, optimizing the freeze drying process while avoiding product damage.
