Available in 500, 1000, 1500, and 2000 litre sizes, it features a 316 acid-resistant stainless-steel tank. It integrates full automation capabilities, including automatic level sensors, cooling jackets for temperature control when connected to a glycol cooling system, and load cells/flow meters to ensure precision in ingredient mixing and liquid flow. Additionally, an automatic washing system maintains hygiene standards.
