The Tetra PakĀ® Indirect UHT unit PFF with SSHE is a continuous, gentle Ultra-High Temperature (UHT) treatment unit equipped with a scraped surface heat exchanger. This design ensures that viscous products, with or without particles, remain in constant motion to prevent burning and maintain uniform heating. The unit includes inline blending to consistently mix ingredients and advanced recipe handling for precise control over cooking parameters. A tangential inlet facilitates natural product flow with minimal impact, while built-in scrapers and an integrated rotor lift expedite maintenance. The system is suitable for various applications, specifically rice puddings, mousses, and cream cheese. Capacity ranges from 1,000 to 1,500 liters per hour, with other capacities available upon request.
