The SteriPig Product Recovery System from INOXPA is designed to efficiently recover residual high-value products from pipelines while ensuring hygienic conditions. This system operates by utilizing a sphere (PIG) driven by compressed air to clear the pipeline, which is then prepared for Cleaning-In-Place (CIP). Conforming to EHEDG specifications, it includes a launcher, receiver, automatic butterfly valves, and position detectors. With metal components made of AISI 316L and a hygienic design with an internal surface finish of Ra ≤ 0.5 µm, this system is suitable for applications involving viscous media. It supports connections of different types, including DIN and SMS, and offers various levels of automation and control panel options.
