The HOT-FILL DOS 1 is a dosing system designed by JOM for quick and accurate dosing of hot liquid products, such as soups and sauces, at temperatures between 0 – 90º C. This system enhances workplace safety by providing a good working position, which minimizes strain on shoulders and wrists and reduces the risk of scalding. Additionally, the HOT-FILL DOS 1 is equipped with wheels, allowing operators to easily move it to the most suitable location in the facility. A built-in semi-automatic cleaning system ensures thorough cleaning of internal pipes, hoses, and valves, and all removable parts are dishwasher safe. The system operates quietly and can dose over conveyors, tray sealers, and thermoformers. It also features a user-friendly touchscreen and can handle a maximum particle size of up to 5 mm, dependent on the product.
