The Termomix® Series TM 1000 – TM 40000 from Comber by HEINKEL is a horizontal vacuum paddle dryer and reactor designed for heavy industrial applications. This solution features a robust design with an agitator supported on both ends, ensuring excellent mixing characteristics. The unit’s large heating area enhances heat transfer rates by heating the vessel walls, ends, and agitator components. Constructed with stainless steel and nickel-based alloys like Hastelloy C 22 or Alloy 59, the Termomix® is suitable for various process environments. It includes PTFE gaskets and FFKM or FEP encapsulated O-Rings for sealing, and adheres to EU and US pressure vessel standards. The machine has a usable volume ranging from 1,000 to 40,000 liters and can operate within a temperature range of -10 to 150°C. Designed to meet rigorous safety standards, it includes a control cabinet with PLC and HMI touchscreen interface, making it reliable for diverse applications.
