Equipped with standard motors, this mill utilizes hydraulic and mechanical cutting, impact, squeezing, friction, and shear forces to grind particles finely and uniformly. The adjustable stator-rotor gap allows for customized grinding results, making it suitable for a wide range of applications from emulsifying to dispersing and dissolving. The Type EL mill includes features such as adjustable milling gears, various material options, and optional heated/cooled housing. It meets FDA requirements with various mechanical and lip seals (PTFE). The mill’s modular design makes it easy to replace or upgrade components as needed, providing flexibility and ease of maintenance.
