High-volume spraying system for glazes and marmelades

In the large-scale production of bakery items such as pies, tarts, and pastries, consistent and efficient application of glazes is crucial. Achieving uniform coverage without waste or clogging issues poses a significant challenge to producers.

Efficiently spray glazes and marmelades

The Automatic Rotating Glaze Spraying Machine by Bakon is designed to address the need for high-volume, consistent glaze application in bakery production. This system features an adjustable rotating spray bridge equipped with multiple spray guns, ensuring even coverage across a wide range of product sizes and shapes. By minimizing overspray and collecting excess glaze for re-use, it promotes economical use of materials. The machine’s conveyor integrates full bed polycords and a scraper, maintaining a smooth flow. A double glaze filter prevents nozzle clogging, and the system’s heating capacity ranges from 20 to 85 °C with a throughput of 2 liters per minute. Constructed with a stainless steel frame on movable wheels, it includes a frequency converter for speed control and a back pressure valve to guarantee uniform spray. The system is ideal for various bakery products such as Danish pastries, fruit tarts, and frozen pastries.
