Capable of up to 300 cycles per minute, this equipment can handle up to 12 product rows, depending on the product size and desired production speed. It utilizes all heat-sealable films, excluding pure polyethylene, ensuring compatibility with cellophane, aluminum, coated paper, and various laminates. The 5000/360 features a cantilever structure for easy access to all parts, simplifying maintenance and cleaning. It also adheres to GMP regulations and comes equipped with mechanical components and basic electrical controls like separate temperature settings for sealing rollers. The infeed unit correctly orients products and synchronizes their passage between sealing rollers, ensuring airtight packing.
