The Tetra Pak® Shrink Wrapper 40 Speed, designed by Tetra Pak, is an advanced film wrapping platform for high-speed lines. This system uniquely features two independent wrapping units, ensuring production can continue even if one unit stops. It uses standard films and allows for simple, fast packing pattern changeovers without the need for tools. With integrated automatic conveyor lubrication and side flaps to prevent package instability, the system maintains a stable package infeed. User-friendly displays show set and current values on four positions for each film wrapper module, ensuring precise machine settings. Additional features include an alarm tower and quick action buttons for fast operator intervention, reel splice sealing to eliminate manual taping, and an optional 2D design correction system for improved calibration and film alignment. This versatile system is ideal for various high-speed packaging operations, supporting portions pack lines for product lines such as Tetra Pak A3/Speed and E3/Speed.
