The sanitary design employs stainless steel and aluminum construction, eliminating painted surfaces in the product zone, thus reducing contamination risks. The system includes a portable cream hopper for consistent cream delivery and can produce ‘mini’ sandwiches of 25 mm – 38 mm diameter with optional modifications. Peerless also offers configurations for different fillings including creams, peanut butter, cheese, and jelly. Custom options like independent cream pumps per lane and servo-driven maintenance systems ensure accurate deposits and ease of use. The machine can be manually loaded or automatically fed and supports downstream connections to additional equipment like row combiners and multipliers.
