The system can be easily adapted for burger production by attaching a flattening belt with an integrated portioning head. Its continuous servo-driven mechanism eliminates the stop-start operation, allowing for a constant flow. This results in production speeds of up to 200 portions per minute for minced meat and 250 portions per minute for burgers. The system also minimizes wear and maintenance costs due to its continuous portioning concept and ensures minimal giveaway.
