This unit is fully servo-driven with an innovative walking beam design to guarantee vibration-free operation, ensuring high-quality production at elevated speeds. Its volumetric filling system uses stainless steel or ceramic pumps, providing exceptional dosing accuracy of ±0.5% to ±1%, with automatic adjustments via a Human-Machine Interface (HMI). The product contact parts are made from SS316L and feature an online CIP-SIP system and temperature control buffer tanks. The state-of-the-art Industrial PC control system offers audit trail capabilities, data integrity, graphical debugging, and remote access, complying with the latest 21 CFR Part 11 standards. The machine also incorporates a unique inert gas purging system, both before and after filling, to ensure efficient oxygen blanketing, reducing residue to less than 1%. The unit’s progressive heating system delivers excellent sealing quality, handling elevated speeds with ease.
