The ED 40 gravimetric single-screw feeder by Three-Tec is designed for accurately dosing free-flowing products such as powders, flakes, fibers, granules, and agglomerates with particle sizes up to 10 mm. Featuring horizontal or vertical discharge pipes, this feeder is equipped with an outlet pipe and refill spout fitted with bellows to ensure dust-free operation. With a throughput range of 28-700 l/h using an AC three-phase motor and 1.2-930 l/h using a servo motor, it offers flexibility and precision. Operating speeds range from 45-560 min-1 for the AC motor and 2-750 min-1 for the servo motor, making it adaptable to various industrial needs. This feeder is ideal for applications requiring consistent, uniform feeding without discharge aids or bridge breakers.
