The CEREX granola dryer is engineered to address these needs with its modern, modular design. Available in five standard sizes ranging from CMG 1040 to CMG 2680, it also accommodates custom sizes upon request. Featuring conveyor widths of 1,000 mm, 2,000 mm, and 2,600 mm, each with various perforations, this dryer offers tailored drying solutions for different granola products. The modular setup includes standard units such as Feed End, Air Up, Air Down, Utility Zone, Cooling Zone, and Delivery End. The dryer employs an incorporated feed hopper for consistent feed and buffering, with full access to all units ensuring ease of maintenance. The design prioritizes hygiene with no horizontal surfaces and no bolts above the conveyor, and uses lubrication-free stainless steel chains. Insulated panels and doors that open 180° enhance operational efficiency. Optional features include higher-grade steel, electropolished contact parts, and various spreading and raking mechanisms to suit specific drying needs.
