The GMP Steam Sterilizer by Austar is designed for pharmaceutical process contamination control. Featuring a chamber structure made from AISI 316L stainless steel with a full jacket design, it ensures uniform temperature distribution within ±0.5°C. The system is controlled by an Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLC with a color touch screen and printer, allowing precise management of sterilization cycles. Air entering the chamber is filtered through a 0.2μm hydrophobic filter, resistant to high pressure sterilization. It offers drainage water cooling to 60°C or below, with PID control for accurate temperature management. The sterilizer accommodates diverse requirements with up to 20 adjustable sterilization procedures and models ranging from 270L to over 10m³. Compatible with various PC peripherals, it offers automatic diagnostic features and cycle data integrity.
