Instead of traditional moulds, it uses a vacuum system, eliminating the need for mould cleaning and reducing the risk of bacterial contamination. The automatic dosing system ensures precise weight control, with variations of only +/- 2%. Additionally, the small footprint of 30 m² helps save valuable plant space. The Tetra Pak® Cheese Former supports the production of various fresh cheeses by adjusting vacuum pressure and duration, creating evenly distributed curds through its hopper and auger system.
