The Accu-Pack series by Accutek is a versatile form, fill, and seal system designed for the production of single-use plastic pouches. Constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel, this system ensures durability and longevity. The Accu-Pack can handle various product types, including liquids like lotions and sauces, as well as powders such as spices and drink mixes, with an optional auger filling module. The PLC control system and color touchscreen interface make it user-friendly and easy to set up. The system achieves speeds of up to 100 PPM and supports filling ranges from 8 to 60 mL. It creates packets with lengths of 30-180 mm and widths of 30-90 mm, all within a continuously operating cycle that includes side, top, and bottom sealing as well as date/lot code embossing and easy-rip tab cutting.
