The Tetra PakĀ® Food Processor is designed to handle a wide range of viscosities from low to high and ensure smooth to particulate products maintain high quality. This processor is available in two models: the V series with vessel sizes from 250 to 6,000 litres and a model with a horizontal helix agitator with vessel sizes from 300 to 2,500 litres. The double shaft agitator, similar to a chef’s spoon, creates a homogenous blend by reaching all vessel areas. The closed vessel design helps control aroma loss and enhances taste by regulating steam evaporation. The Auto Chef automation system simplifies recipe management, storing up to 800 recipes and providing full control over key parameters like time, temperature, and viscosity. Built for durability, the processor’s stainless steel construction requires minimal maintenance. Automated cleaning-in-place (CIP) systems ensure optimal hygiene with no manual intervention. The Tetra PakĀ® Food Processor is suitable for batch production and continuous line processing, handling tasks such as blending, deaerating, evaporating, and cooling, making it ideal for a variety of food applications like ready meals, jams, sauces, and more.
